The ambiance is very warm and rustic with a very attentive staff who have a passion for the menu being served. Great old... fashioned to start! The fire roasted carrot salad with arugula had a nice kick to it and the raisins and pumpkin seeds with goatcheese to top it off makes for a great mix of flavors. The pork chop is brined then smoked slow and low on a green egg thenfinished on a hickory wood fired grill. It was so so good! Not overly charred or smoky or salty which made for a pork chop wherethe meat in the bone was like a dessert. I substituted fries for the sweet potato and grill peach mix only because I personallydon’t like sweet potatoes but I am sure that would be an even better match up. The fresh cuts fries arrived hot and so freshand just the right amount of crisp. The waitress didn’t know an answer to a question I had on how the pork chop was preparedand sent one of the chefs out to tell me about the process. A lot of passion with the folks at 7 lamps and one of my newfavorite spots when I come to town! Read more

I visited for my b-day celebration dinner and it did not disappoint! This place is amazing! Its not too large of a venue but... does have ample outdoor seating. To start, we ordered the fried plantains, Brussel Sprouts and charcuterie board -deliciousness. I was sold on the brussel sprouts alone. Our server, Niko (or Miko) was the best and all the staff were pleasantand prompt! For dinner we ordered the burger, prime rib, papperdelle and one other dish that I can't remember. I had thepapperdelle and it was the perfect portion, the lentils gave it enough hearty texture that you didn't miss the meat. Fordessert, we ordered the brownie w/peanut butter cream (my fav), bread putting and pot de creme - all 3 were spectacular! Andlet's not forget the ambiance, its cozy and dark inside, perfect for an intimate meal w/loved ones but not pretentious. Theoutside seating seemed plentiful and equipped with heaters. I'll definitely be returning to Seven Lamps! Read more

The service was decent. We’ve been here twice before and ultimately the food needs some help. The Brussel sprouts were over... cooked with a burned taste. The wings were under seasoned and over smoked. The tartar was decent and only needed salt. They maketheir own Ketchup and ranch, but they both were lacking flavor and consistency usually associated with those condiments. Tbhthey were nasty. They should just serve regular Heinz and hidden valley because the house made blend isn’t doing it. Thewaitress even had to apologize and agreed. Portion sizes vs prices were decent but needed to salt/pepper almost everything. Thealcoholic drinks and coffee were made well. 3/5 Read more

I love Brussels sprouts, and they have some of the tastiest!! Also enjoyed the hearty salmon salad w/quinoa. Good portions,... friendly staff. Service was a little slow outside and parking was pretty full. The salmon was a bit heavily charred. The bardrinks were not consistent. My 1st one was delicious and I re-ordered the same but the second wasn’t as good! (pictured is myfirst one with my silly reusable silicone straw) Still, it was nice sitting outside as the weather gets a little warmer. Read more

This is a little tucked away hidden gem by the Lenox mall. The vibe and rustic vibe of indoor or outdoor dining is great. And... the food...I've never been disappointed. But the sweet potato soap is amazing and I pray they never take it off the menu. Fromtheir seafood dishes to the steak to the appetizers, their food is phenomenal and just enough to leave satisfied and notstuffed. Read more

After looking for a new place to try, we decided to go here and I'm glad we did. Our waiter, Frantz, was so nice and attentive.... We told him it was our first time and he recommended the mussels for the appetizer and they are amazing!! The wine he told me totry, complimented the dish very well and for my bf he suggested their old fashion and he loved it (it was a bit strong for me).For the entrees we had the pork ragu and the duck. After taking our first bite, we were silent just taking our time experiencingthe flavors from our dish. The serving might look small but they are filling and packed with flavor Read more

This is one of the New finds, our second time going there. Love their handcut fries with 3 different all tasty dips. My most... favorite is the farm chicken entree with local herbs and roasted garlic. Love the freshness of this dish with local potatoes. Ican eat it everyday, the chicken is perfectly roasted with crispy skin and extra soft breast. This chicken is a must try. Read more
