Today is 11/21/2022 and this negative customer review is way overdue. I would consider myself a valued customer that visits this... particular Starbucks location at least 8x/month. However, I felt extremely disrespected this morning during my 5:00am visit.Amongst my past visits 9.5x/10 this location NEVER opens exactly at 5:00am. You have to either sit at the intercom, LEAVEbecause they are ?unaware? of the time, or knock at the door. This a.m. I decided to tap on the glass because by this point itis 5:02am. Not only was a lady/customer waiting very patiently outside of the door in the cold but as usual I was waiting at theintercom. Some boisterous ?clocked in? employee yells over the intercom stating the the ?system is down and I didn?t know thatyou was out there.? My reply was that it was 5:00 and she should have known that customers were waiting for them to open up. Iunderstood that the system may have been down but she should have relayed that to her customers. She continued to yell that thesystem was down versus APOLOGIZING FOR THE INCONVENIENCE to the customer(s). Little does she know that I am an avid customer whoALWAYS wait at 5:00am for them to open up. There are a few options for this location to open up on time: set an alarm inside for4:58am, employees may need to come in a little earlier for preparation, or this location may need to open at a later time otherthan 5:00am. It baffles me to experience people in a business that ARE EMPLOYEES that works for someone being disrespectful tocustomers. This is especially damaging to a business where customers are at Will to posting a negative review such as thisone. There are at least 3 other Starbucks on Peachtree Rd that customers can spend their monies at. However, this location isthe closest for me but also the most inconvenient due to the lack of punctuality of opening on time. Oh man, what a terrible place this store is! I have never expected a Starbucks store can be this awful. The cashier was not... patient nor was she competent. She couldn't communicate effectively about their sandwiches, and when I asked about the sizes oftheir cups, which should be the basic knowledge for anyone who works there, she didn't know either. She said in order to knowthose she needed to check their document codes. How ridiculous! I can tell her now: Tall cup is 12 oz, Grande is 16 oz, andVenti is 20 oz (for hot drinks). The service was bad, the coffee quality was even worse. This was the worst ever hot coffeewe've ever drunk in the past 30 years, even worse than the coffee sold at gas stations! There was hardly coffee flavor. Only atthis point I noticed there was no coffee aroma in the store that I used to smell in other Starbucks stores - which was very richand pleasing. But not in this store. Our money was wasted. We will never go to this store and hope no one goes there. Read more

This location is my favorite location I?ve ever been to (even outside of the state of Georgia). I?ve been coming here for years,... and never really had a bad experience! Love this place, and every employee that is hired! Everyone should get raises soon!???????? Keep up the great work guys! Read more

Consistent food and drinks as you would expect. Some horrible staff as you wouldn?t expect. My wife and I ordered coffees and... food items this morning. Her food required a spoon. As we picked up the order at the end of the counter my wife asked the staffmember for a spoon and was greeted with a roll of the eyes. The barista actually rolled her eyes at my wife for being botheredto provide her a spoon. Wow. Read more

This location always seems to impress me by there wonderful customer service and how they get my drink correct every time.... Everyone provide thorough responses and is very polite! Great job starbucks! Definitely won over a customer that is used togoing to dunkin. Read more

Imagine having a new item on the menu and not having the patience to explain what exactly is in it to a customer paying six... dollars for a cup of coffee. Do better! I get better treatment at a quick trip than at this supposedly customer service orientedbrand location. Read more

I ordered an ice coffee, and I barely got any coffee in it, mostly was ice. I asked the manager of the store why do I have so... much ice in the cup, and she told me ? because it?s an ice coffee? ant that it?s not supposed to have much coffee in it. I hadthis type of coffee ?Iced Brown Sugar Oatmeal?for the past year every week, and I never got it with so little coffee in it. Read more

Great Starbucks, I think today was one of the first days in months that they were open for customers to come inside. I usually... do the drive thru and it?s quick but today I think very one wanted their coffee when I came here. The staff inside were prettyfriendly though they were out of a ton of things like pumpkin bread but it?s the season for pumpkin everything just kind ofdisappointed because I can to this one specifically the pumpkin bread. Overall, pretty good experience and I really enjoyedseeing the new side since they recently renovated it. Read more
