Horrible customer service. Myself and another customer stood in line for at least ten minutes while workers ignored us. I... inquired if we were invisible and was rudely informed by a worker that the individual who was taking orders was busy but wouldbe with us shortly. He proceeded to laugh and talk with other works. I order 2 frac they did it an just let it sit their because they didn?t have whipped cream for 20 minutes until it melted after... that the lady say theirs no whipped cream ,so I was getting melted frap and with no whipped cream ask for a refund they didn?twanted to give me a refund told me to wait for the whip cream so I got to melted frac pay $15 and waited 25 minutes .should havegone to mc donald instead they making them better and better price . This review is for the Perimeter Mall location: Staff performed lunch-hour quite nicely, they speak clearly and concisely... despite having masks on, and they relate to their customers.
