Ridiculous. No one should wait 20+ mins for a coffee.

Horrible customer service. Myself and another customer stood in line for at least ten minutes while workers ignored us. I... inquired if we were invisible and was rudely informed by a worker that the individual who was taking orders was busy but wouldbe with us shortly. He proceeded to laugh and talk with other works. I notified the supervisor and manager on staff when I heardsaid worker retelling the story in the back. Very unprofessionally and did not provide outstanding customer service. Read more

I order 2 frac they did it an just let it sit their because they didn?t have whipped cream for 20 minutes until it melted after... that the lady say theirs no whipped cream ,so I was getting melted frap and with no whipped cream ask for a refund they didn?twanted to give me a refund told me to wait for the whip cream so I got to melted frac pay $15 and waited 25 minutes .should havegone to mc donald instead they making them better and better price . This review is for the Perimeter Mall location: Staff performed lunch-hour quite nicely, they speak clearly and concisely... despite having masks on, and they relate to their customers. Certainly working faster and a bit better than my location backhome. They've even filled up my Venti cup quite full of Frappuccino! (As a disclaimer, I am not local to this area.) Read more

The associates during my visit were rude. A woman's HOT drink spilled all over her because they didn't put the lid on correctly.... They didn't help her, they didn't even offer to make her a new drink nor apologize. They continued to talk Amongst themselvesand we're laughing. I didn?t have a bad experience here like most of the reviewers. However, my orders are pretty simple, as I don?t drink coffee.... Got a tall tea with honey and cinnamon and two sugars. Huge snack selection and selection of other beverages. I deducted a starsimply because it?s a tight space and hard to maneuver a stroller. Read more
