I order hot white chocolates from Starbucks pretty regularly. Today I ordered a Venti toasted white hot chocolate. The drink I... was provided was something with coffee in it. I went back to have them correct it and the young lady assisting with my orderputs in venti white hot chocolate with no chocolate sauce. I asked what she removed she said it's the coffee flavor. They gaveme a cup of steamed milk. I refuse to go back a 3rd time. I would not have paid $6 for hot milk. So disappointing. Read more

Convenient location near Perimeter, near Concourse, and near the Hospitals just down the road. Even though it's a busy location... and the parking lot is tight, the Service here is always fast - they keep it moving, and with positive friendly attitudes! Can'tcount how many times I welcomed this Starbucks "retreat" from long days and numerous visits to the nearby hospital. The goodservice and coffee and food were really comforting. The employees here are always fast and friendly but due to the sheer volume of business this location gets, it is simply... impossible to get your drink in under 15-20 mins unless luck out and arrive at a slow time. The drive through line wraps all theway around the building and a substantial number of people from nearby offices place very large orders for their teams whichfurther slows things down. Again, not the fault of the staff - they move like lightning - it?s just an extremely busy locationso if you come here, place your order online well in advance or budget at least 20 minutes to get your drink. I?ve never had a coffee made wrong with Starbucks but this morning it was. I ordered a white mocha and receive only... mocha/chocolate. Whatever it was, not a great taste. When I called to let them know, the young lady said do you want to comeback so we can remake it? I told her I was already at work. She said ok I?ll let them know. She didn?t attempt to get a name. SoI asked so will I receive a new coffee tomorrow? She said yes I?ll let them know, what is your name? I understand this locationmay have been busy but great customer service goes a long way. I do not usually leave reviews however this morning was a mess. Ordered ahead and was told I have to go through the drive thru... line. I already paid for my order of course and didn?t have time to sit through the double-wrapped line. Waste of time and moneybefore work. If people cannot come inside, update the ordering site to reflect only drive thru pick up. Read more

Ordered ahead only to arrive to locked doors. They are only letting you pick up orders in the drive thru line which was too long... to have to wait for an order that?s already ready. Not sure why they wouldnt have the lobby open at least for mobile orders. Icalled customer service to get a refund and received an additional $15 credit on my account at least. Also I tried to call thestore and of course the line is busy. Read more

I got my cloud drink and the drive through wasn't bad. It took a bit for the drinks to be made but I think they are short... staffed. Overall good. Read more
