very slow service for SB. we were 3 people and order 1 cappuccino and 2 espressos. they made a cappuccino & a double espresso,... but they sorted it out by making 2 more espresso drinks. Read more
Not bad, but whether or not they are open is completely random. Come in one day around 8, and they're open. Next day? "Oh,... I'm sorry we're not open until 9." Next day after that? "Oh, I'm sorry we're not open until 10?" I also wouldn't depend on itbeing open in the evening. Read more

They should be open at 8am. It's 945 and instead of being focused on getting open they are making themselves personal coffees... and breakfast sandwiches, even for their friends and other target employees. Multiple customers have walked up and they toldthem to give them a minute, I've been waiting for 15. Brittany managed to give her friend a coffee that he "ordered earlier"but for some reason he was selecting what he wanted and was asking for different options. Lol, two different baristas each working on my order, not communicating, and each got it wrong... multiple times. I asked for... three black iced coffees, a black cold brew, and four sandwiches. What I got was one cold brew (with sugar?) , and four hot pikeplaces. Then when fixed I was given three black iced coffees... with sugar? So not only was it wrong once, it was correctedwrong in a way I couldn't tell until i got home and sipped it. For a starbucks this was really sad. Usually the brand meansquality. Read more
No cold brew, no whipped cream and one poor staff member taking orders and making the coffee. We waited for 25 minutes and these... poor people are still waiting. Not great for the prices you have to pay! Read more
