I live in the apartment nearby and I get starbucks every single morning... Love the 'Cinnamon Dolce Latte' and the staff know... always that! They are.. each times so friendly with me and the manager her name is Stacy, knows my name and that's reallypleasure for me. I haven't been in this location more than 3 or 4 times but everytime they have the best service and the best drinks. I went in... there yesterday when they were really busy with only 2 girl working. Even though they are so busy, the girl in the register andthe girl who was making drinks both maintained nice conversation with me. They apologized for the wait which wasn't even 5minutes. And my chocolate frappachino was very very good. Will be back more often. Edit* later found out that the girl who mademy drink is Samiha. She hooked me up with cheesecake and orep frap and custom slushies. Now she is gone and the new baristasdon't even know the recipes for any of my fav drinks. The quality of the drinks are overall going down. Edit 2: I still had 5stars because I have been going here for a long time and liked the vibe but after yesterday's experience, I am changing 5 starsto one star.
