I haven't been in this location more than 3 or 4 times but everytime they have the best service and the best drinks. I went in... there yesterday when they were really busy with only 2 girl working. Even though they are so busy, the girl in the register andthe girl who was making drinks both maintained nice conversation with me. They apologized for the wait which wasn't even 5minutes. And my chocolate frappachino was very very good. Will be back more often. Edit* later found out that the girl who mademy drink is Samiha. She hooked me up with cheesecake and orep frap and custom slushies. Now she is gone and the new baristasdon't even know the recipes for any of my fav drinks. The quality of the drinks are overall going down. Edit 2: I still had 5stars because I have been going here for a long time and liked the vibe but after yesterday's experience, I am changing 5 starsto one star. I live in the apartments nearby so I come by pretty often. At the beginning, this place was a really big mess. Baristas were new... and weren't trained enough. And then it got better after baristas were trained properly. Now it is back to the original mess.Won't be going there anymore until these new people are trained enough. They made my shaken espresso wrong and when I askedthem, instead of apologizing or remaking, they told me that I don't know how it is suppose to be. I have been drinking thisdrink since it came out. I know and have seen a thousands time baristas put Milk on the top. I don't blame them for not knowing,it's the management that is not training them well. Please train them well. This kids aren't at fault but the trainers are. Iam not paying $7 to get the wrong drink. Read more
Went to my favorite caffeination destination this morning. Ms. Tara took my order. She is an wonderful amazing woman and takes... customer service to a whole another level. Also, Kaylen made my drink so good, I regret not getting a quad. Will definitely gofor a bigger size if she is making it next time. Jessie made a strawberry acai for me the other day and I would never get thatfrom anyone else. She makes the best refresher. Ways go ladies. Read more
I had a great experience at this Starbucks! Samiha prepared my two Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frapps and they were amazing!! So much... so, I called to get her name for this review.
