The lady that worked there was amazing. It was my birthday and I ordered a sandwich. The woman that worked there gave me my... sandwich and shouted enthusiastically ?Happy Birthday!? caught me completely off guard in the best way. I forgot her name butshe was tall and blonde and I hope she gets a raise because her customer service skills were great and it definitely made my dayso if someone sees this, I hope they pass on the message that she?s awesome and I hope she continues to make people?s days. I was on my way to work and had some time to get coffee (which NEVER happens!) so I went to target to get some breakfast and... coffee. The woman in front of me had her order wrong and they had to remake it. Then comes along me... the girl making my drinkwas so mad about having to remake the previous one, that she was SUPER rough when making mine. She was also actively spillinghot coffee on her hands while shes throwing the grey cups around to make my coffee which is only making her angrier....longstory short, I only got half a coffee because the rest was all splashed around her work station and on her hands out of anger.the employee that made my drink at this location needs to get a hold of her anger. this is unacceptable. The bathroom is beyond disgusting. The seat is disgusting. I had to wipe it down from the pee splatter. And there was no soap to... wash my hands. And because the bathroom was so gross I will never order from there again. How the hell do I know they have cleanhands to make our orders?! !!!!!!! Read more
Very inconsistent. I go there about 3 times a week.....always order the same thing....and ALWAYS get something that tastes... different....you would swear I changed my order. McDonalds is consistent from state to state.... Starbucks is inconsistent injust one store....BADLY inconsistent. Rude!! I went to order a drink and a Puppucino from this place. As per Starbucks secret menu, Puppucino is supposed to be... whipped cream for dogs. It is free. But this guy( the person who was serving), charged me for puppucino and on top of that headded caffeine to whipped cream. Does he even know what is Puppucino??? how can I feed my dog caffeine??? Wow! For only having 2 team members, the staff was very efficient, utilized multi-tasking skills and maintained poise under... pressure as the line began to form. We didn't even wait for what felt like 2 minutes before our drinks were done. Great job!Looking forward to returning. Read more
