The worst service in my life food cold plus I had to wait for a very long time the order I will never come back here
0 Stars. Terrible service. Nasty food. Slow service. I asked for a fresh burger and the cashier claimed this is how their... burgers are. She supposedly refunded my card but never did. My husband and I ordered waited in the line for over 30 minutes to order two large milkshakes, service was good, however the... shakes were off, they both didn?t taste right, so I called them because we already drove off but they didn?t answer. I calledmany times to give them a chance to fix the milkshakes but no one answered, which means they didn?t fix the issue, therefore Iam leaving this review. Would I come back here again? My family and I stopped by to grab something to eat last week and there was no one in there so we dined inside. We ordered... through the ziosk & the lady walked over to our table w the trays. Our food was nice and hot but as we started eating, my sonnoticed a roach coming from under the table. We quickly got up and had to move to another. I informed whom I believe was the daymanager and she was very nonchalant and didn?t have any concerning words about the situation. The only comment she made wasabout them having pest control coming and she?d inform her gen. manager about the situation. The mens restroom was also verydisgusting and there was no reason for it to not have been cleaned. My husband had to ask the lady for the cleaning spray justto have it somewhat decent while using it. This location left a very distasteful taste in our mouths, which we?ve notencountered w any other Steak ?n Shake before. Please do better N. Druid Hills!!!! Read more
It is located in a safe area however, the texture of the bread was off. Had the bread been different, it would have changed the... whole experience. Also, they don't put any sauces on your burger, you do it yourself, and I'm not a fan of packet mayo. Thechilli cheese fries were good tho. Average drive thru service. Would I eat here again ? Very disrespectful employees. They were selling customers that had placed to-go orders food to some kids at the window & putting... the cash in their pockets & tried to pick a fight with me, started calling me all types of names & saying I wouldn?t get myfood, closing the window in my face. DISRESPECTFUL. Then luckily I started recording, he almost threw my food & drink on me. Itwasn?t until the manager told him ?she?s recording stop? that he realized it was too late. Still waiting for a refund for an order placed via app on November 6th. Google, the steak and shake website, and their app all... said the business was open. We placed an app order, my card was charged, we drove to the business, and they told us they wereactually closed and would refund the order. Will delete this review if/when the refund is processed, hoping I do not have todispute the transaction. Read more
