Worst sub that I have ever had. I was nothing but bread and veggies. The meat they give me was a six inch portion spread out on... a footlong. The bread was old. I just picked over my food . The lady was very rude and rushing making my sub. The manager didnot have a mask ???? on.. Worst subway I have ever been tooo. NEver Again. I NEED A REFUND. I wish I could give them a zeroStars ? Horrible customer service workers acts like she hates her job very nasty attitude. I only asked her to spread the Mayo on the... bread instead of big chucks like it was and she caught a attitude and walked off. I was very displeased with the service of thisworker which is very unfortunate because I?ve came here before with a young guy who offered amazing services. I have reportedthis worker to headquarters so it won?t reflect on the entire store. Read more

NEVER going to a subway again... The amount of money you pay (almost $20 for 2x's 6 inch subs, chips and drinks) to experience... negative attitudes and sub par sandwiches is totally unacceptable... Absolutely not worth the experience... I pay less at JimmyJohns and Publix... and for a WAY BETTER positive experience and food. Never again!! Read more

This was an odd experience walking into this particular subway. We walked in was not greeted, employees walked passed us three... times and did not say anything to us, I had to ask if anyone was working , I had to ask is anyone going to take my order, oneemployee stated she was closing out something and couldn?t help, their was no one in their ordering but us, we walked outbecause no one would take our order nor did they care to take our order. We then went to the next nearest Subway and was greetedand they took our order with no problem. Whom ever those employees are needs to be fired or retrained immediately! Customer service was terrible, Subway don't accept the same Subway coupons that was sent in the paper, No signs to that effect.... This is bad business, and they will not get my money again. But the two ladies that work there are the worst Subway employeesI've ever encountered. She I should have been aware because the owners were cheap. As I entered the store, I noticed a person out of uniform standing at the drink station, pressing the drink and letting the... drink run while yelling to the back saying it?s good. As I stood at the counter, I noticed an employee walked up and stopped atthe register, looked at me, and took a sip of her drink. As she walked over, she said you getting a sandwich, she did not greetme nor did she apologized for my wait. As she made my sandwich, she kept moving her shoulders back and forth to keep her hairfrom falling forward which was not in a ponytail. She then sneezed to the side and kept making my sandwich. As I was gettingready to make my purchase, I handed her a coupon, she read it and asked the young lady to the side of her do they accept thecoupon and the lady stated no. I then said really because I was here on Friday and the employee accepted the coupon with noproblem. The young lady stated to me that because they are a franchise, they only accept certain coupons even if they are on thesame coupon page. I asked for a manger to explain that to me and she said it wasn?t a manager present. So at the end, I was ableto use one coupon but not the other coupon I intended to use because the young lady stated because they are a franchise and candecide which coupons the store or employees want to accept even if both coupons was from the same page. As I was walking awaythe employee who I was talking to about the coupons told me I can call the number at the top of the receipt which is the storenumber. I know calling the store number will be a waste of my time to try to get better customer service and for the employeesto be on the same page going forward. Read more

My co-workers had a good laugh at what I saw as blatant lack of concern for the quality of my meal. Even when I mentioned it, he... added like 2 steak crumbles. I'm way too nice to fast food workers, allegedly it's stressful for them. But I should've walkedthe hell out like I intended to. My involuntary vegetarian sub pissed me off at the first bite. I couldn't wait for my lunchbreak. Its been a min and this still pisses me off. Read more
