I work across the street from this location so I go to sweetgreen for lunch 2-3 times a week. The customer service is always the... best. Scooter and Chris always greet me with a smile and we always have a nice exchange about how we're doing. The quality oftheir salads is great and the ingredients are always fresh! I am super surprised to see some of these reviews I?ve been multiple times to this location and the food and service was... excellent! My first time they were super patient friendly and helped me pick out something I absolutely loved! The crispy ricebowl is delicious. didn't have cups for water. portions were meager. you can tell the people who work here really don't want to be here. to... everyone who is coming here for the first time because they've heard great things about sweetgreen.... this is not a goodlocation to try first. maybe try the one at ponce or colony square. Rip-off. Ordered for delivery with one of the apps. Thought we try a new salad place. The portion size is laughable for the... price. I ticked chickpeas and recieved maybe 10... Use Upbeet instead, way better value, and variety of ingredients. Read more
Horrible customer service especially since I had never been here before. Tried to give me old dried up bottom of the bucket hard... crunchy chicken and had an attitude when I asked for fresh chicken and said I should have told him before he put it in my bowl?I wanted the warm roasted sweet potatoes and he gave me cold shriveled up pieces of sweet potatoes also the beets were old anddry and as well? threw my whole mood off and I wasn?t even hungry anymore! I am a fast casual salad fanatic so needless to say, I was soooo excited to try Sweetgreen. I really hate to leave a negative... review but the negative definitely outweighed the good in my experience. I ordered the Crispy Chicken Salad and I arrived justin time to get the last bit of blackened chicken. I ordered my salad exactly the way it comes with no modifications. One of theemployees accidentally put the wrong dressing on the salad- no big deal. I asked if they could remake it for me. Come to findout, they never remade it- just added the correct dressing to it. This salad was absolutely drenched in dressing and I couldtaste anything else in my salad. I even asked before I paid if it had been remade and the employee told me it had. On top ofthat, they had no knives in the silverware bin which made it extremely difficult to eat my salad considering most of the lettucewas in giant pieces. I will say the ingredients were fresh. I like Sweetgreen, but would not recommend this location particularly for online pickup or delivery. I?ve had multiple pickup... orders from this location messed up. The most recent mistake was my order having the wrong dressing on it and missing theRosemary Focaccia bread that I ordered. I wish that the employees were more attentive to the details of the orders that theywere preparing. Update: Someone from corporate reached out, heard my concerns, and refunded my order which I appreciate. Iwould rate the customer service from Sweetgreen corporate 5/5. Read more
