In a hurry so used the drive through, I'm not so much a fast food eater but I enjoyed the food
10/23/22 not sure what is going on here, but I?ve been in the same position in line for at least the last 10 minutes and have... been in line for over half an hour at this point. We?ve reached the point where nothing is happening. They haven?t taken anyorders. There?s no one in the window. The same two cars have been at the window for at least 10 minutes. What a poorly ranestablishment. Pay these people more money and stop running understaffed shifts. This location is usually super fast. I?m notsure what happened tonight. I?d leave if I could without having to hop a curb. Whoever is managing this place needs a new job. Read more
Tried to get drive-thru tonight as their hours stated they were open until 1am. Went around 10:30pm. Waited in the drive thru... for 30+ mins only to find out they were closed. I understand staffing is probably lacking, but at least adjust your hours so Idon't waste my time. Not the first time this has happened. Read more
The young lady at the register was very kind. Pleasant and patient. Order was correct and food was hot. Thanks for good... customer service!!! Much better than the chicken place next door. Poor service there! Read more
Came here around 11:30pm on a Saturday, waited about 20 minutes for the car in front of me to move and when I got to the spot... where you order they said they were only accepting doordash and uber eats orders. I asked if we just all waited in line fornothing and he just stopped responding while looking at me from the window. This is not the first time this has happened atthis Taco Bell. Closed 35mins (1225am) before it?s closing time (1am) that?s listed on Google maps. I pulled up to order as several vehicles... ahead of me were able to do to a message saying the restaurant was closed and to visit during operating hours. Their wereseveral cars behind me waiting in line as well. No explanation given as to why from the personnel on shift. Read more
Went thru drive thru 3 days ago. Order was wrong. Again. The food has been prepared inconsistently for the last 15... years. The drive through gets it right 2/3 of the tim and wrong a shocking 1/3 of the time. The meat is a mystery. Extremely salty. For the same prices you get a true tacos and burritos at Panchos down the street - you get more meat andfillings in total and you can trust the meat there. Read more
