This is a nice restaurant with good food but all the workers. I repeat all the workers including the managers are Ghettos, they... disrespect you for no reason, they can cause a problem for you. I have problem with a girl at the bar called Keke, verydisrespectful girl she will disrespect you then run and go and report you first. I had a very bad experience at this restaurantmultiple times. Disgusting customer service. Manager finally came, and remake never came. Then to add insult to injury the bartender was talking... trash behind the bar and prompted like he was calling calvary, and I had to defend myself to that. Completely disturbing anddisgusting. This incident happened around 11-11:30 pm 07/26/22. I informed the manager that the employee is carrying on this waybecause they are condoning the behavior. He continues to talk trash with her right there, and there was no action taken. Inaddition, when I said that I would make a Google review and contact corporate, the employee stated to other customers that theywould not do anything. The service was terrible. It took a while for the server to come over once we were seated. She never introduced herself. We were... there to celebrate my special needs son's birthday. I brought in a cake and asked that it be brought out at the end of the meal.The anonymous server brought it back in the same plastic bag I gave it to her in. She brought small plates but didn't bring aknife to cut the cake. The was no fanfare - the staff didn't sing happy birthday. I asked her and she said, 'we don't dobirthdays here' ???? This outing was setup for my special needs son and the reception wasn't welcoming. Only redemption was thefood. We really enjoyed that. The server was pleasant, efficient and polite. I ordered chicken noodles soup. The bowl was served 1/2 empty with absolutely no... chicken nor any noodles. I sent it back and asked for an order of 8 wings instead. A manager never came to my table to see ifthe customer was satisfied with the change or confirm that they were aware their kitchen completed the order efficiently. Read more
My server Alicia was the bomb! The atmosphere was very energetic. The customer service was terrific. I was in and out in less... than 35 minutes! Can you believe that? This was a massive difference from my experience, the one in Florida. I’m glad thisvisit went well. Went for a late lunch, we were quickly seated. The service was good, establishment was clean and food was ok. We order the... whiskey burger well done, it was medium rare when they brought it out so we had to send it back, they recooked the meal. We alsoordered a chicken pasta dish with broccoli, there was not much broccoli but it was still decent. The kids chicken tender mealwas good. I may return if I'm the area. Read more
Almost didn’t come here because of the low ratings; but after looking through the reactive complaints, we took a chance while... passing through the area for some late night bites. So glad we did!! The bartenders were super chill, kept it real, and has uslaughing when we interacted with them. The food was super good as per their recommendations- try the fajita! The cheese sizzlesand gets crunchy while the chicken was tender. Also the energy at the bar was super nice, everyone connecting, and even a nicegentlemen popped over with a smile and laugh- made us feel at home with all the regulars. ***Definitely ignore the bad reviewshere unless you want a Togo and have high expectations when there is limited staff later in the evenings- then you might want tohit up fast food or care with a little extra patience as the waiters tend to play hostess as well. Even when we arrived thewaitress apologized for the waiting time and said “don’t worry, I got you.” Yet, we just went to sit at the bar with someopen seating there. Just wanted to say that our waitress Alicia was absolutely amazing. She was kind and patient with our kids. Everything we... ordered came out perfect and the food tasted great. We did have to wait about 30-40 mins but the service given by Aliciadefinitely made up for it. Read more
