Been here so many times and every single visit was always pleasant. Staff are friendly and attentive. Love the atmosphere. My... favorite dish is always the Jamaican Shrimp with rice. Avocado eggrolls are great for starters. Love the fresh bread. So many tochoose from the menu but I usual like to stick to what I know. The Shepard Pie was good, meat was tender, just didn't reallylike how the mashed potatoes were all over the meat and mixed in, but that's just my preference. Maybe on the side is betterfor me. And I was always too full to eat any cheesecakes though that should be my main reason to come. ???? Read more
Request a server by the name Anthony if you want 5 star service! He's a friendly gentleman that absolutely represented The... Cheesecake Factory in the best way from the moment we were sat. We were celebrating a very special occasion and the service waswhat stood out more than anything else. Anthony was suggestive but still gave us our own time to read over the extensive menu.Not too many Servers are like Anthony these days...I didn't have to ask for ANYTHING, he anticipated our needs! This is my first visit to cheese cake factory and it won’t be the last one. I had no idea that they have a wide range of menu.... Cocktails were great! I was confused with the food options. I wanted to try more items but the portion is large so I couldn’ttry more. The food here is good and definitely recommended. Finally the cheese cakes are amazing and quite large. Service canbe better at this location. They forgot my requests. I had to request four times for water. Read more

The hostess and our first server was horrible (kept ignoring us, no silverware, cold food, no bread, etc.), BUT Stacey (one of... the managers) and our new server Kim, redeemed the whole experience. Stacey was very personable and overall very pleasant, andKim could EASILY give a lesson on top notch customer service...she was AH-MAZING!!! My first time having brunch. I wish they had turkey or chicken options for the bacon. But waffle was amazing. Eggs I asked to... be scramble soft but I guess it couldn't be. We enjoyed a birthday lunch by starting it off with a couple of “well mannered martini’s”, hot spinach and cheese dip, and... chicken pot stickers. Our main courses were the Steak Diane and Chicken Marsala with Bowtie Pasta. We finished it off with thefudge cake and chocolate mousse cheesecake. Every item was executed well and so delicious. I met my bestie for lunch and we decided to go to Cheesecake Factory. I haven’t been there in a while and the menus is sooooo... big. I love options but it really makes it hard to make a decision with so many choices. We were seated as soon as we came inwith no wait. Our server was so nice and got our drinks right away. We ordered and everything came out great. I of courseordered cheesecake to take home because I was so full from the app and the entrees that we ordered.
