So, I walked in this store to get info on ordering or to possibly order a platter, in store, and walked out even more confused... than when I walked in. The young lady was acting as if there was a secret code word, or something, that I had to use in order togo to the next level in the conversation with her. I was so confused. I asked could I place an order in store for pick up or didI have to do it online. She stated that she had only done orders over the phone for pick up. ???????????????????????? I mean, Imay be wrong but being in person is slightly different because you see me but you should still be able to write or type theorder in, give me a total and allow me to either pre pay or pay at pick up. I've visited this location before and had an ok experience. But today, first of all, I called and the girl that answered had... the most unpleasant attitude. I almost asked if she was OK? It was like she was forced to be there. I asked if they had chickensalad and the price of a sandwich. I arrived at the location at 12:30p. I walked in and I knew immediately that she was the onethat I spoke too. Her whole demeanor was "I'm so sick of people" I wanted to turn and leave. Her countenance was so dark. Sheeven slammed the phone down on the base I guess she was making the phone busy to keep from answering it. So I remained in lineand at my turn, she looked at me with such dead eyes. No expression at all. I mustered the will to say something because shetook her time to even acknowledge I was before her. I asked about chicken salad, she looked back and then stated " were out." Ithen asked hesitantly, how long would it take to make a sandwich because it seemed the other two ladies were preparing a largeorder. She said "it won't be long" , but I just can't finance being oppressed. I did not feel confident in my order being rightor of good quality. I just left. Good help is challenging to find, however, management should be aware of who they hire totake care of their customers. Its apparent that the manager here cares less or is not involved. Read more

Well this was my first visit to Honey Baked Ham in years. I very surprised how they have changed these up. You use to be able to... see them slice your meat right in front of you as well as pick out the perfect ham of your liking but All and All I welcome thechange that they put into place. The staff was nice polite and present. It was mostly young ladies working at the time that Ivisited and the help me out with my order even slowed me how to get back too my bus. This is College Park so sadly my expectations weren't that high to begin with but when I tell you they exceeded anything I... could've expected. I had to verify the location before placing my order because I was so surprised. Ms. Tiffany was thesweetest. Excellent customer service skills. She was able to take my large order and get every detail correct and give me mytotal. Once I got there all my orders were organized, packaged, and labeled except for the soup but they wanted to make sure itwas still hot. The rain started pouring so I pulled my car up after paying. Ms. Tiffany brought out all of my orders to the carin the rain even after I told her she didn't have to do that. Nothing went unnoticed. Every employee I encountered was verypleasant. Cozy little space near American Deli and Genesis Hair Art. It says it is in Walmart, but you need to go a bit down more towards... Goodwill and it is at the very end of the plaza to the left. Great customer service from Elene and Breanna. They havesandwiches, salads, whole hams, turkey options and more. Will definitely be visiting again soon! Read more
