I?ve placed two mobile orders at this location and both times the staff and food have been perfection. Curbside was super quick,... the employee brought me my food before I was able to put the car in park. Super fast! And today, I had a minor issue with myorder and the cashier fixed it without hesitation and corrected it in seconds. The staff all looked pretty young, but run thestore efficiently and with professionalism and respect. Can?t say enough about how great my experience has been with thislocation. Read more

I've never heard of any food business that can't take call in orders, if you have a phone, and you can answer it, why can't you... take an order? I can call any tropical smoothie Cafe for an order, but not this one. lol. Read more

The smoothie is over priced. The quality doesn't match. There was a good amount of smoothie left in the blender. I asked for... the additional amount in a separate cup. I was told she can't as she poured it down the sink. So Tropical smoothie would ratherthrow away the overage rather than give to the customer that just paid $7.44 .. wow .. so disappointing. My go-to spot and it never disappoints me! Their smoothies are so fresh and delicious. So many options to choose from and you... can?t go wrong with either flavor. They can get expensive but it?s worth it when you want to eat healthy. My top 3 smoothies toorder is the Island Green, Sunset Sunrise or Peanut Paradise. I also love ordering the Chipotle Chicken Club, it?s so good andthe chipotle sauce adds a good seasoning. Read more

3-8-20 - Family outing for Smoothies. I had the Muscle Builder smoothie. My son had a Beach Bum smoothie, but ended up changing... it to something better. He ended up getting a Sunrise Sunset smoothie. The location was clean and we received very good service.They were accommodating, and brought our order to our table. Nice size smoothies for the price.
