Not sure how and why this Wendy's location is open. The customer service is HORRIBLE!! The staff is clueless and doesn't... follow instructions. My order was wrong and the hamburger was soaked in grease. They never apologized for their mistakes. I would expect this from staff not a manager but here is my story more than just a few times when I do service calls. The staff... is always rude and doesn?t like to take your order if it?s more than one thing also every single time I get food it?s wrong paidfor wrong FOOD and can?t afford to leave work to go back to get my food under 10 dollars.
