Not sure how and why this Wendy's location is open. The customer service is HORRIBLE!! The staff is clueless and doesn't... follow instructions. My order was wrong and the hamburger was soaked in grease. They never apologized for their mistakes. Wendy's can sometimes be a hit or miss. We were exhausted and driving through Atlanta, so what a nice surprise to have a quick... and delicious meal on our pit stop! I would expect this from staff not a manager but here is my story more than just a few times when I do service calls. The staff... is always rude and doesn?t like to take your order if it?s more than one thing also every single time I get food it?s wrong paidfor wrong FOOD and can?t afford to leave work to go back to get my food under 10 dollars. Honestly, they had to have noticed these were totally burnt! I ordered the six piece French toast sticks and only 2 were edible.... If I didn?t have to be at work.. I would drive back up there and return it. Do better Wendy?s Read more
Must try the new Southwest Salad it comes with Grilled Chicken ,Romaine Lettuce ,Guacamole,tomatoes, bacon bits and shredded... pepper Jack cheese. The salad dressing is so good . The person who took my order on Tuesday lunch was very rude ( inside the Wendy?s not at the drive through) He didn?t greet any... customer and when I told him my name instead of telling me it was hard to write it down or if I can spell it, he just told me« No way I wrote that I put Co on the order ». I am here on vacation, english is not my first language and he was notmaking any effort. that was the first time I Was not well received in a fast food. But All the other people working there werevery nice. I understand sometime with the rush it could be difficult to have a smile on their face but it was not on a rush timewe were literally 2 people in the line!
