This location does not take orders inside and requires you to order from the app (dine-in or carry out) ??that?s fine. Would not allow me to order a Jr. Bacon after sitting in the drive thru. Why? Because I was also picking up UberEats. The whole... point was picking up an order while Inwas there for me. I love Wendy's frosty (thou I can make them myself now, anybody want the recipe just ask????) Now that they all serve breakfast... I prefer theirs over Mac Donald's and I don't usually have a complaint. I got there yesterday morning around 9am and she tellsme the system is down, she didn't know when it would be back up, and oh yeah, the breakfast sandwiches were free both fri andsat which I didn't know at the time. I decided to wait in the parking lot because I was fixated on a bacon egg and cheesecroissant and a cup of coffee. As I sat there watching cars come in and get the same info as me, and back out again around9:50am I decided I would leave and go to MacDonald's. Their line was long unfortunately I decided to go in, of course theirfrappe machine was down. Multiple people including one of the frontline workers were without mask, I was just glad to get outof there. As I was driving back by Wendy's I noticed a line of cars so I swung in and got in line. When it was my time to orderI was told the sandwich was free, it took an ordeal but I got my sandwich plus the delicious potato wedges and all is good inthe neighborhood...???? ????. I placed an order at 1:40 am online for pick up and when I arrived at the drive thru there were cars in line which took 10... minutes to finally get to the window and i told them I was there to pick up an order and they said they were closed and it wasjust 1:50. The lady said to cancel my order because they closed I told her I was there before they closed and just kept sayingto cancel my order because they were closed which is extremely irritating they should then say they?re not taking orders after1:50 and to make it even worse the application was not letting me cancel my order so I hope I get this money back !
