So disappointed in the service. Literally walked in without being acknowledged by anyone. Decided to sit at an outside table... with multiple tables being serviced and again NOT ONCE was acknowledged by any server knowing that we were just waiting for themto help the other tables. It wasn?t until we had to literally stare down a server that they came up to us and just said Hi doyou want a drink. No sir, I want respect like every other customer in this place. Waited over 15 mins and the first thing thatcould have been done should have been a sincere apology. Absolutely love this place and we come weekly. Why is Fox News always on at the bar though? We came to get away from things and... just watch sports. Asked them to change it but they didn?t. Absolutely love the wait staff here and we enjoy the truffle pizzaand beer selection. When they stop playing Fox News at the bar, I?ll change my review to 5 stars. Get the politics out of here! This place has a lot of pluses. Good location, family friendly environment, and the service is great. We were greeted promptly... and were quickly given drinks and menus. However the food was just ok. We ordered mozzarella sticks and pizza. The sticks wereovercooked and breading on several of them were missing. The Margarita and chicken pizzas were also lack luster. The flavor wasbland. I will give them accolades for the speed in which the pizzas came out. I might go back but definitely would never ordera pizza. It was ironic that I did not have a good experience and then I began reading other reviews that confirmed my initial thoughts,... so it's not just me? Great! So, here we go: Service was at best 2/5 - Initially I was greeted by two different young ladieswith pleasant smiles and positive attitude. There was a taller gentleman behind the bar who attempted to take my order and hewas abrasive and subtly rude. Food was a solid 1/5 - I order the gyro salad and the '1' was earned from the freshness of theingredients on the salad (everything was fresh). The lamb and beef had a weird taste to it (I eat them both frequently otherplaces so I knew something was off) and the salad's presentation was terrible; there were just chunks of everything thrown in acontainer. The pizza and cocktail was excellent. The service really left something to be desired. John greeted me and was my bartender, he... made a top-notch old fashioned. Unfortunately after the server, I don't remember her name, took my order and delivered my pizza,she never came to the table again. I was the only customer, she was busy chatting with the bartender that relieved John. It wasreally disappointing, I really wanted another cocktail - or even a glass of water.
