Eisha definitely doesn't want to be at work today. I felt like I was bothering her by placing my order. Then she forgot about... it. After watch everyone behind me in line get their orders, the cook gave me a look like what do you want. I asked about myoatmeal (no cooking required). She looked at Eisha who then prepared my order and handed it to me with a half-hearted "sorryabout that". Read more
1 star for the nice lady at register. -14 stars for the quality of sandwich. Ordered a $14 Cuban that had 2 pickle chips and 1... slice of ham Hahahah I?m not joking. 1 slice of meat. They should call it just Wolfgang Puck because it definitely is not fresh and definitely is not fast! Employees were not happy... , mid July and there are no seasonal berries at 8:00 in the morning??!! Croissant was stale, must have been a few days old. Not a great experience at all! Read more
Got a pesto chicken salad sandwich here yesterday and only ate half, thank God, and my stomach has been upset ever since last... night. I KNOW it was the food. Don?t know how long that stuff sits in those bins behind counter. Never again. Had arugula on ittoo. How fresh? I think not. Read more
Staff wanted to close even though they technically were still open. They even loudly proclaimed to ignore customers so as to not... have to do any more work. Very disgruntled, slow, did not pay attention to condiment requests, and then became belligerent whenquestioned. No supervision.
