This was the worst food I have ordered from Zaxby's. I got the loaded chicken bacon and ranch fries. The fries had no seasoning... on them. There was hardly any chicken, ranch, or bacon. I basely paid for an over price order of unseasoned nasty fries. Read more
Quick service. Fresh food! Great location.
Not sure what to say but my experience was not good. When got home I call the restaurant was told to comeback for a replacement... add my name to a list and confirm I will NOT need my receipt. A week l?aster I went to pickup the meal the person in chargeinsisted that provide a receipt. He couldn?t find my name as discussed. Read more
Anthony was super polite so I thank him for that! Typically I love Zaxby?s. I?ve eaten more kickin chicken sandwiches over the... last few years than I can even count. However, the one here was AWFUL! Barely any sauce, the tenders were almost completely dryexcept the one in the in center which still barely had anything. Mentioned this to who I assume was a manager (even showed himthe terribly dry sandwich) and his suggestion was that I should?ve ordered more sauce when placing my order. For a sandwichwhere the tenders are supposed to be tossed in sauce but clearly wasn?t done so.
