This was the worst food I have ordered from Zaxby's. I got the loaded chicken bacon and ranch fries. The fries had no seasoning... on them. There was hardly any chicken, ranch, or bacon. I basely paid for an over price order of unseasoned nasty fries. Read more

Not sure what to say but my experience was not good. When got home I call the restaurant was told to comeback for a replacement... add my name to a list and confirm I will NOT need my receipt. Anthony was super polite so I thank him for that! Typically I love Zaxby?s. I?ve eaten more kickin chicken sandwiches over the... last few years than I can even count. However, the one here was AWFUL! Barely any sauce, the tenders were almost completely dryexcept the one in the in center which still barely had anything. Mentioned this to who I assume was a manager (even showed himthe terribly dry sandwich) and his suggestion was that I should?ve ordered more sauce when placing my order. For a sandwichwhere the tenders are supposed to be tossed in sauce but clearly wasn?t done so. I pulled up to the drive-thru at 9:40 PM, aware that they were closing at 10 PM. However, I sat at the menu & order box for 10... minutes and then I saw a worker doing trash from the back as the door was slightly ajar. I said hello & she just waved herfinger at me and I assumed she meant that she would be just a minute, so I said okay. I then waited five more minutes and hadabout five cars behind me and then the lights were all turned off; it was still only 9:55 & not 10pm! Read more

We absolutely love Zaxby's Chicken. Anytime we've went from Tennessee to Georgia it's been delicious. I just wish I could get... celery and ranch with my 6 piece tongue torched meal instead of having to add it on everytime. My hubby has to ask for a 10piece with ranch everytime. Read more
