The vibe is this place was amazing. It was a Zen experience. The staff got along was friendly to all customers. This is a... place I will go back again. And Barbara the Supervisor was very approachable and very open to feedback and just speaking withme and her crew. You have an amazing staff so please treat them right. We waited almost 10 minutes just to order. Front end employees were having a gossip party by the coke machine. We waited for 10... minutes and several employees looked our way yet didn't come to take our order. Lady that did was very friendly all the staff wetalked to were. Don't figure we will be back. I don't know if it was a fluke or what, but passing through on my way back to Houston we stopped by and man, the burger they... made me was the best burger I have ever had. Not the best fast food burger, the best burger. Perfectly charbroiled, the frieshad that meaty flavor, and the coffee we got tasted like it had double the flavor pumped in. I go to McDonald's frequently. The worst experience I've ever had!! The young man behind the counter acted as if you were a... problem .he was badmouthing the manager to the other employees. No matter the length of line ahead or behind they are fast and tho I usually have some special request off norm I get fresh,... fast and friendly service here. Pretty much my favorite McDonalds ever?.and ?anywhere that?s anywhere has a McDonald andwalmart? (per the person on that travels enuf to say so). Friend of mine tried to get hired on here which was like a biblicalact by an atheist (2019-2020 Covid grid lock) but they found work and I still can?t live without my mocha lot-tayzzz they ruleand I get smiles for miles from ya?ll despite not knowing a single one of u. This store is disgusting. It's legit gross. The bathroom is atrocious. I couldn't even stay in it long enough to use it. I just... wanted to wash my hands. Even if the smell didn't make me want to vomit, I couldn't wash my hands because there wasn't a stitchof soap or hand sanitizer in any dispensers in the whole restaurant. There were plenty of dispensers, just nothing in them. Most of the employees have unnecessarily long fingernails and weaves. Doesn't help to think about those fingernails consideringit's hard to wash them when there's no soap. The only thing mildly entertaining about it was watching how blatantlyunprofessional they acted behind the counter while I waited 20 minutes for my food. Don?t know what?s going on in this place but they need to step it up. Mobile order. Very specific. The fries looked burned. When... the alarm goes off their done. Didn?t get sweet n sour sauce in the bag. The McCumm shot for the chicken sandwich mostly got onthe wrapper. If your going to do a job take some pride in your work. It?s not rocket science. I would give it a half star review if I could, they lady behind the counter was rude to my friend when he asked if she was going... to take his order because he had been standing by the register waiting to get his order taken for a few minutes. We placed ourorders to go, and when they were ready she tossed them onto the counter on trays saying yalls foods ready. We didn?t hear her atfirst because we were talking and waiting to hear our numbers called. She said again yalls food is ready. I told her they wereto go and she just looked at me like I was stupid. I repeated myself and then she went and got bags but handed them to me I tookone for me and put my food in there. The entire time she keeps telling my friend his food is ready but it was still on the tray.She finally put his in a bag. She had so much attitude.
