The app does not communicate with the stores. So you'll pay for something, only to be told after you arrive, "we're out or... machine wasn't cleaned." 3 times out of 5, at two different locations, basically robbed by Sonic. With no care or compensation. Read more

If zero stars was possible, it would get one. First, the speaker system is atrocious. The volume is so loud, staff are distorted... and feels like they are screaming into your face. They apparently can't understand a thing you say, either. They are eitherpoorly trained on how to use it, it is not calibrated correctly, or it's out of date. But probably all of the above. The staffare rude, and get very impatient and frustrated when they apparently can't hear you do to their faulty equipment. There areoften not many customers, but the wait time is very long. I have tried to be patient on multiple occasions, thinking well thefood is being made fresh. No, it is always a let-down. Sonic used to be a very good fast food location, but this location isgoing downhill very fast. The food is often overcooked (cheese sticks with the insides fried out of them), or tastes stale andold (hamburger buns stale and crumbling) Kind, knowledgeable staff can make up for food that is lacking, but this place has nohope. The employees have an attitude as if they don't care and don't want to work. But this all reflects the management. Ifmanagement cared, it would be better and staff would care more. I believe I have had my last visit. My last visit, I drove awaywithout even ordering, the staff was so rude. Read more
If you like smashed and soggy Burger Buns, meat with the consistency of Rubber and repeating your order 3 times. Then this... place will fit that requirement. Very troubling that America spends hard earned dollars on subpar food, with zero care givenfor preparation and delivery of said items to you. Will never dine at this place again.. Read more
