I've been here twice this week because I was with someone else who wanted to go here. The service was pretty slow and I had... food, flatware and condiments missing the first visit & flatware and condiments missing the second visit. Everything we got was fresh, however after repeating the order back twice they forgot the fries and cinnamon rolls.
Depends on time of day you visit. Might be a 5 star when busy and food is fresh. But in between rush hours chicken or burgers... are often not fresh, along with the fries. Read more
Even when their drive thru access was driven Thru with wild abandon leaving customers to venture inside?I did. The dine in... traffic visibly more full but the organized and clean presentation of the drink station and tables was all still on points. Noneof the staff showed signs of additional stress of the situation and the service remained focused and fast. Wasn?t until I wantedto share a photo of my sandwich was it apparent that sometimes u gotta read deeper into things. I couldn?t make the photos Itook look cleaner cuz the sandwich was straight messy. I had full on samples of the feature topping all over my face and chinand fingers?.and this is not something of a norm for me (at all). On a time crunch of lunch hour i had to muscle tbru less thephoto shoot however so please know the only improvement could be to add a backup set of TX toast bread to use once the initialbread bedding is soaked Thru. I ordered avocado bacon burger. Substitute the pepper sauce with Whatasauce. The bacon?not likestandard food service bacon?too crunchy to taste or so brittle it breaks and falls out. There was an abundance of bacon cookedsoft enuf it could be bitten as part of each bite?.hanging out and off of all edges of the bread and covered all beef pattyarea. Then the Avacado wasn?t just a few slices that slide off the sandwich as u bite in?but was a somewhat mushed fresh andfull of flavor added with the recognition that avocado was literally part of the main ingredients of this menu item. I hadseveral days worth of this same sandwich wondering if I had hit on a fluke day?.nawwww?this was good stuff. As for theFries?always a Huge perfect for me. I love limp (in no way under) cooked and my man likes crisp (not over cooked) fries. Thereis always a perfect Marriage of both in each order from this location. We do not have this chain in the area that I live so it's a novelty when I come across one. The jalapeño and cheese burger was... quite good. The iced tea was also good. The cashier was friendly. I'm not a huge fan of fast food but this is great once inawhile. Read more
WHATABURGER? WHATABUST! We stopped here for lunch at this combination gas and burger stop for our first-ever chain experience. ... The focus of the burgers seemed to be on the many onions and mustard. The burger below the veggie and condiments stack wassomewhat warm and lacked memorable taste when it was hand-delivered to our table at a small dine-in space. Im 0/3 on the online ordering at this place, a person can walk in and order and get their food faster than someone who ordered... ahead, i dont get it??
