Who runs this place? It is an absolute train wreck and a constant let down. I don't normally leave reviews on ANYTHING, but it... has to be said on every platform available that this is the absolute worst service I've ever experienced. I'll contend with"glitches" or "malfunctions" but just plain laziness and rudeness is another thing altogether. Casey's Corporate needs to stepup and shut this one down. Read more
The store looked nice inside. But the mens bathroom was absolutely disgusting. It smelled so bad that I almost couldn?t use the... bathroom. The toilet did not flush when I was in there. There was toilet paper and hand towels all over the floor and urine onthe floor all around the toilet. The sink was good. Looked clean. I will recommend them for their sales floor but the bathroomsare a definite never again! Read more
Called and asked for a pizza. They answered, and we asked to order a pizza. 6 seconds later they hung up. So I called on my... phone and asked when they closed. They said 11 but the website says 12. And asked to order two pizzas. We were denied a halftoco half pineapple because it's apparently not an option. Even though we have ordered one like that before at the same Casey's.Very displeased about that. The guy on the phone was rude. He asked toco and pineapple three times and then told us we can't. These guys are horrible. Ordered around 5 pm for food to be delivered. At 8 PM it still wasn't delivered! Called them. They... claimed they had lost our order. Did not apologize, did not offer to take a percentage off the order, they did NOTHING to helpmake it right. This will probably be the last time we order from Casey's. They are always late, food is always cold and only 1of their drivers are polite and kind. Absolutely rediculous. Read more

I placed an order for a large meat galore. Somehow it never printed on their end so I had to wait almost 40 minutes for one... pizza. Thankfully Mikayla stepped in and threw in free breadsticks to help with the inconvenience. Greatly appreciated for thewait. Read more
The kitchen is understaffed I feel. Pizza was hour half late. Gave it another chance and it happened again hour and forty mins... late. Called and asked politely what was taking so long. The man on the phone said the orders got mixed up and they could makeme another pizza no charge. I asked if I was going to be reimbursed. He just said it's on its way, so I hung up and it showed upright then but was the wrong pizza. Read more
