First time here but came for a night cap and WOW! 100% impressed with the decor and setup. The staff was friendly and the drinks... were phenomenal. Had a most pleasant visit tonight. This was our second visit and I was craving the Peaches and Cream, they're amazing! Great on the outside lacking on delivery. Menu is enticing, perfectly described. Then the meal comes. Flavors have no punch.... Portions are minimal. Prices for mid level food. This place was fantastic. The staff is super hard working and it was packed. In the highly coveted Atlantic Beach. They do have... valet parking since it is difficult to get parking there. The food came out fairly quick and tasted great. The sliders weresuper spicy and mixed perfectly with ranch. The chicken and waffles are my favorite with the jam it comes with. Fries crushedit. Coop 303 is a great place to go for the ambiance, location, of course-food! The ambiance is lively and modern, the location is... at the heart of numerous restaurants, but the food was down right amazing!! From starters to main course to dessert, it wasdelicious. The fried green tomato appetizer was amazing! Yummy food, beautiful view, quirky atmosphere, great location. A wonderful place... to take family when they’re visiting. Friday night date night. We made a reservation for 7pm. Overall great atmosphere. Main dining area was very noisy which is to be... expected when a restaurant is busy. Waiter was decent. We ordered the fish and chips and the scallops but they let me substitutethe butternut squash for the rissoto. The scallops were cooked perfectly. The fried fish which was cod was delicious. The chipswere cold but it they were replaced with better hot ones. They do have rooftop dinning with bar. Stairs or elevator to getthere. We had a great time and was very pleased with our meal. Really fun spot in the beaches town center. I had the group sandwich blackened with collard greens. My wife had the watermelon... salad. I really enjoy the upstairs area, and recommend sitting in the upstairs patio area. It is had good shade and fans. Theview is fun up there. Read more
