I liked the three piece chicken meal which included two fried chicken thighs, one fried chicken leg, a delicious homemade... biscuit, fries, and a pretty large drink all for around $9. That?s a very good value for delicious southern fast food.Everything was nice and crispy with a hint of spice. The only issue was that the dining room is closed and I had to go through along drive through line. If you?re willing to wait for your ?fast? food, then I?d definitely recommend getting food from here. Read more
I went to eat in but the dining room was closed. The drive through line moved unusually slow. The young man that took my order... was polite and seemed to like his job. I worked there for maybe a span of 1 entire month and decided I'd never work fast food again. THAT is how bad this place is... managed. My ex also used to work there years ago. He fainted on the job, and when he recovered, the managers had to AUDACITY toask him complete his shift! This was years ago, but judging by the latest reviews, this place gives 0 cares about changing tothis day. If yall want to keep supporting them due to your fixin' addiction, continue right on. I'm not outraged...I'm heartbroken with this location. They stop serving sausage gravy @ 11 ???? I've never heard of a Bojangles... doing that & I put the gravy on almost everything from here. I literally almost went somewhere else, but I stayed for theboberry biscuit, which was good but not super fresh. Read more
I just left Bojangles and typically check most of my order to ensure it?s correct (it never is), and today not only did they... forget my sauce, but I also ordered a chicken sandwich. When I got home and opened the packet with my sandwich they gave me thebread with no chicken. As much as I love the convenience of this location, they never ever get the order right. Veryfrustrating. Have not even got our food and this is already a bad experience. Nobody is serving inside it is drive through only, have been... waiting in the parking lot for over ten minutes and there is still half a dozen cars in front of us before we even get to theordering screen. I had a bad experience with a women that worked there. She sounded like she was from Jamaica. I order 2 Chicken Supreme dinners... and I asked for 1 of each BBQ sauce and Honey Mustard sauce for both meals and she said ok. She read me back my order and then Ipaid. Well when she gave me my food ( I ordered inside the restaurant) there was 1 BBQ sauce and 1 Honey Mustard sauce, so Iasked for my other sauces. She picked up the receipt and looked at it and told me that I had only asked for 1 of each sauce andI told her no I didn't, I had asked for 1 of each sauce for both meals ( this is the same women that took my order ). She beganarguing with me, in front of a couple other customers, about some damn sauce and then told me that if I wanted the other saucethen I would have to $.25 for each of them. So by that time I was so pissed off because of how this situation got out ofcontrol, I just walked away. And the hole time this was going on, about 3 mins, the manager was in the kitchen on the other sideof the wall just standing there and the other employees thought it was funny. I would of just left it alone but it's the simplefact that she read me back my order and then when I got my food and I asked about my other 2 sauces, she basically called me aliar and then argued with me about it. I would give zero stars for this location if I could. Honestly a negative star rating here is more appropriate. This location is... THE WORST Bojangles in the galaxy. It has been that way for years. Off the charts suckage. Posted hours have a 5:30 opening, pretty standard for Bo time. 6:30 and nothing. Call them and they say they'll open at 7. No lie I was at this place once andthey were OUT OF CHICKEN. Bojangles Chicken and Biscuits HAD NO CHICKEN IN THE BUILDING!!! How is that possible? The place isjust awful. Read more
