First time going and upon arrival we received no greeting until we were ready to order and had to get their attention. Had a... simple order of only 3 items and only two were received. Women I placed my order with was very disrespectful she argued with me about a price when the Sunday special clearly said $11.99... She tried to over charge me an extra $5. Ordered through "Slice". Claimed they were leaving 20 mins after order was placed but even though I'm a mile away it took 1 hour... 40 mins to get food. Called after an hour, had to speak to more than one person, they claimed it had already left, but theydidn't even know what I had ordered, tried to tell me I had ordered something completely different, they had no idea, they werejust lying. $50 worth of food arrived cold after close to 2 hours. I understand things happen, I HATE when restaurants lie tome, just say it's running long and I'm fine. Don't lie and say it just left and take another 40 mins to travel ONE mile. I found them to be a bit overpriced for the food they're serving. I mean it's very basic pizza, nothing fancy. Their... cheeseburger and soda combo is ridiculously expensive! $10??? They need to step up their game or lower prices. Their deliveryguy knocked over a bunch of to go boxes while we were in the store and walked away without a care and the staff from inside cameout and looked at us like they blamed us. Will not be going back here. UPDATE: 10/08/21 Their owner reached out to me andapologized for the bad experience and so I give them an additional star (total 2) because of their sincerity and effort toplease their customers. One of the worst places I ordered takeout from. My friends and I, we ordered pizza, a cheeseburger, mozzarella sticks, and... nachos. Everything except the pizza was below par. The nachos was dry and the guacamole didn't taste like it was made out ofavocado. Burger was flavorless. Mozzarella sticks didn't hit different. Waste of money. Read more
