Only reason for the 4*?s is because I always give delivery instructions when I order since I basically live in a hotel but for... some reason the delivery person always calls when they?re not here asking me where I am(?). I?d get it if they were trying tobeat the ?30 min or it?s free? thing (ya know? act like they?ve made it on time only can?t find me so they call acting likethey?re at my address looking for me but) I?m not even sure they still do that & I know they can?t actually come UP to my Aptsense it?s a secure building but that?s why I leave the instructions where they offer it on their website/App. It?s just a painbecause I?ve gotta turn off my unknown caller blocker then turn it back on afterwards? if I remember which mostly I do not untilthat first telemarketing call offering car insurance when I don?t own a car(!?!), lol. Do not ever order here!!!!!!!!! Delivery directions stated to come to front desk and they will ring my room. Almost Hr. Later... went downstairs to wait, while on hold calling store get ETA never picked up on call 20 minutes more I missed 1 call. Almost 2hrs later and now on my 5 or 6th call trying to get in contact with store. A man finally answers, I ask him about order, startsyelling back grounds to find driver. Driver lies says, the number from my Domino?s account was incorrect and the desk triedcalling my room and I still didn?t answer and if so, why didn?t leave the order already paid for? Manager told me real shortrepeating drivers statement, canceling order, while trying to explain driver is lying hung phone up. Then once again precedesnot to answer the business phone once again, or just pick it and hang up. So at this point 60.00 charge have no idea when if itbe returned to card. This leader needs to fired!!!!!!!!!!!!!! After reading driving reviews, this common for this store.....Thesame lie tried to call no answer. The pizza was delicious. Reason for the 4 stars and not five... From whatever(not my concern), one slice was overloaded from... ingredients ( which were delicious) so that damaged,broken slice, no forks, ect., ...let's just say, for inconvenience. That'swhy I give 4 stars today. I will be ordering again. Therefore, I will change my rating back to five and move on with my "life"now. Read more
I will NEVER order dominoes EVER AGAIN IN AC. My mother ordered 1 half cheese half pepperoni pizza, 2 cheesy breads and a 16 bbq... chicken wing combo. we waited 2 HOURS IN A HALF just for the order to BE CANCELED and then the man on the phone Proceeded to sayno one answered the phone when they delivered the order, mind you NO ONE knocked on the DOOR and they didn?t even bother to callagain. The food I was order definitely didn?t match the way it supposed to be wings are not cooked , expaired and not even properly... sauced ; about the pizza was terrible Regular bread is thinner than this pizza for sure if I knew I am going to have this pizzaI will rather order regular bread from 7/11 and some cheese on the side and warm it up by microwave . I trashed wings and havesame pizza after some time my stomache got hurt very painfully I taught I got poison and plus for all this drama I have paid 35$; just the remind and advise if you ever need to food order from this store please think about your health and your money goodluck ???? Pan pizza was perfect. I used the app which made ordering seamless. However, when I notified the store I was outside using the... app as well as text message, nobody came. Even though they were suppose to provide contactless delivery, I needed to mask upand go inside the store to get my pizza promptly. They provided me with paper plates upon request but didn?t have extras likeParmesan or garlic powder packets. Read more
