We work across the street. We have gone to this place 3 to 4 times a week with group orders. For the past year and a 1/2, The... coffee orders orders are overly sweet, or the coffee tastes old. Worst DD EVER!! If you order ahead expect 30 minutes to pass without getting your drink or you arrive then told the expresso... machine is out of order. Then to be given a terrible tasting coffee that cost $2 compared to the $5 machiotto that was ordered.No refunds no I'm sorry. I stopped going here completely. I came in to use the bathroom and get a coffee, came out not doing both because the bathroom is out of service because they... "don't have the key" then ordered a coffee and they couldn't make it and it tasted like chocolate. Then proceeded to ask for arefund and they kept me waiting for 15min to get a refund. They called thier boss which was no help at all and then thiscustomer came in to order and he wanted to give his opinion and she was like "I don't need your opinion".
