Worst Dunking Donuts ever! Lady with green wrap kept insisted we buy something else, she irritated me enough were if it wasn't... for Thanksgiving, and everything closed all 15 of us would've left. We work across the street. We have gone to this place 3 to 4 times a week with group orders. For the past year and a 1/2, The... coffee orders orders are overly sweet, or the coffee tastes old. Yesterday all of our coffee tasted like flavored cream. Wedidn't even have to taste it to realize this because of the color. The taste was just as bad. I am giving up on this Dunkindonuts. Read more
Worst DD EVER!! If you order ahead expect 30 minutes to pass without getting your drink or you arrive then told the expresso... machine is out of order. Then to be given a terrible tasting coffee that cost $2 compared to the $5 machiotto that was ordered.No refunds no I'm sorry. I stopped going here completely. Young girls in the afternoon are behind on orders yet on thier cellphones texting. Rude and nasty to customers when you ask why your order is taking over 20 minutes. No thanks. I came in to use the bathroom and get a coffee, came out not doing both because the bathroom is out of service because they... "don't have the key" then ordered a coffee and they couldn't make it and it tasted like chocolate. Then proceeded to ask for arefund and they kept me waiting for 15min to get a refund. They called thier boss which was no help at all and then thiscustomer came in to order and he wanted to give his opinion and she was like "I don't need your opinion". The most unorganized, lack of communication, doesn't read tickets and giving food away to the wrong people. How can you mess up... a medium black coffee?!?!?!? Thays just bad...REALY REALLY BAD.
