I stayed at bally's casino in atlantic city from Oct. 3rd till Oct 6th 2022 for 2 days I was told they were not making food ..... Yesterday the young lady that was there at 3:30 pm when I can in told me she was not cooking food and would not heat my coffeeroll. She informed me she was working alone and wasn't gonna kill herself making food..I think this was unacceptable.. Maybethere should be two people in the evening.. Read more
In the morning of the 12th of August, 2022 at your place in Bally's Hotel in Atlantic City we had a bad experience. One of the... front-desk employee was really rude complainig about not understanding us (we're Spanish), while her work mate at least tried todo so...and he was polite and welcoming. By the way, I've the Advanced Certificate Level C1 in English so I don't think myEnglish is so bad. I encourage the company to train their employees properly so they can serve all people coming from differentbackgrounds or nationallities, thanks. Read more

Note: Bally's Atlantic City is currently improving and updating the entire hotel and casino. This Dunkin' needs to be... completely overhauled and improved or they should think about bringing in a replacement business that can better serve basiccustomer needs. Information: Located on the lobby/hotel check in level area of Bally's Park Place Casino Hotel. (see pic.) Before warned: This Dunkin does not accept or give any DDPerks for purchases, does not accept gift cards (see pic) nor does itparticipate in any other company wide promotions. However, they will accept food credits/vouchers issued by Bally's Casinothrough their Guest Rewards program. Review: Unfortunately this is the only 24 hr. restaurant/place to buy any food or drinksin the entire casino. They consistantly run out of food items; sometimes for days at a time, esp. on the weekends. The staff isnot the friendliest, usually very slow and have no knowledge of what they have available on the posted menu boards and what theyactually have in stock. The line can get unusually long during breakfast or hotel check out hours. Recently I waited 20 plusminutes to get to a register just to find out they had no food items available. (See pic of what I wanted to purchase, but itwas not available.) Dunkin' here's a suggestion-- Since some workers might not be too busy cooking or preparing "no food" atall, someone (maybe even a manager???) would take the time or initiative to post a sign to say they had "no food" available atthe entrance of the store? Prices are also higher than other Dunkin' locations in and around Atlantic City. Needs seriousimprovement. Read more
I ordered breakfast croissant with hashbrown and oatmeal (both were option in my room service), but when order was delivered DD... did not put oatmeal. Ok, u decide to go in the store and ask them for my oatmeal, but people who work there have no idea thatthey serve oatmeal. And the phone number which provided for DD in Bally's is wrong. Read more
They don't have scanners to use the Dunkin donuts app. Could not redeem many free drinks. HUGEEEEE INCONVENIENCE!!!!! Also,... Donuts were not fresh. Drinks were ok tho. Read more
