This McDonalds is absolutely ridiculous when it comes to thier rest room policy! I was turned away when I offered to buy... something just to be able to use their rest room:( when I was forced to stop there due to car trouble. The best that they can dowas POINT to any other near by restaurant but their own!?!? - while I was stranded with a broken down car in their parking lotwhile I was waiting for a tow truck ?? Unlike, their sister restaurant located on artic Ave; that 1 has Always been much moreaccommodating when it came to their rest rooms. Ridiculous (!) to say the least! Read more
Disappointed. I get that some places are under staffed, including McDonald's but it shouldn't take 15 minutes to make 2 Quarter... Pounders customized. Other guest were getting their food while I sat waiting for mine. Read more
Obviously no one wants to work. We placed a kiosk order took a number and it says take a seat and someone will bring it to you.... The place is empty only like one other couple eating and instead of walking the food to us she just screamed our number 3x andwalked away. Also didn't listen to the customer behind me about her order and then repeatedly messed it up. You can stand thereat the counter and not one person will say anything to you. Go elsewhere. Read more
Was going to surprise my daughter's with McDonald's, would have easily been spending 60 to 70 bucks. Asked to use rest room,... while I wait for my order, I was told by manager both are out of order. Not cool, I walked out and wanted to share thisexperience I would have been better off stopping at the Mickey D's prior traveling on the black horse Pike. What a nice location. I stopped in to do some homework and grab a quick bite to eat while my husband was in an appointment at... the local hospital. This location was SO clean. Employees are moping, sweeping and wiping tables down around me. (SO nice tosee!) I ordered on the touch screen in the lobby, which was easy and convenient. The restrooms were probably the cleanestMcDonald's restroom I've ever used before. The wifi is quick, and is super easy to log into as a guest. Read more

Not a place for diabetics to go. The poor lady in front of me at the drive thru order a coffee with 4 creams and 7 sugars! The... fries are never cooked enough and the food only works if you're starving. Read more
