Went to Nero's for my birthday???????????????????? Everyone was very nice? But when I went to sit down???? I stepped on the legs... of the table.???? it was angled in front of my seat???? twisted my ankle & popped my sandals????????????????. ???? I shouldn'thave to be stepping on anything or over anything to sit down at a table to eat dinner at $450. One of the waiters told me that Ican glue my sandal back together???????????? I thought I could cut the straps off but found that there would be no support forme to walk.???? One male waiter was assisting me with thisBut we did not do it. I was not satisfied with the concerns of thisSituation????????????????????No Accommodations whatsoever. Yes A Manager was there...! I Will Not Return Here Never Again???Thefood was just ok???? the spinach tasted like nutmeg ???? I don't know what that was about???? The best steak in New Jersey? I think not! You would think a steakhouse would cook a steak properly and when you ask for medium... you would get it. Steak was raw and the lobster was tasteless. Way overpriced as well. I should have known from the moment Isaw the stale breadbasket. Not impressed at all and I will never go back. It’s a shame because Caesar’s is my favoritecasino but Nero’s is sheer disappointment. Go to Ramsay’s. It’s way better! The food there is delicious. Read more

I went to Nero’s on March 18, 2022. I was impressed with the service but the food was not worth the money . We ordered two... steaks . One steak we ordered was well done . And one medium . My wife’s steak had to go back to the kitchen and had to berecooked due to it came out rare By the time the steak came out I was completed and my wife’s steak came out when dessert wasbeing served with coffee . Also the mashed potatoes were ice cold as well and had to be sent back. This is the first time herebut the couple besides our table said this was the norm for this restaurant. As food always come out cold or the orders arenever correct, she said they can deal with this because the food is so good . But in my eyes if I’m going to spend $300 on ameal it should be correct and perfect . Read more
Great dinner and always great service. I highly recommend making a reservation, it's a must. A variety of options on the... menu. There is an elevator, if you are disabled and it let's you off right in front of the restaurant. Also, the bathroomsare located just outside of the restaurant. Read more
Took my husband there for his birthday and we had the most wonderful time and the food was exquisite . Everything was prepared... to perfection. The hospitality was top notch. I'll return time and time again. Thank you Betty McHugh for a wonderful night. Read more
