The manager was really rude to my little sister who is a minor when she went to order pizza at the Bally?s location. I... approached him and tried to discuss what happened and he acted as if he didn?t care and just walked away! Terrible service fromthe manager! I will never spend my money and eat here again. The food is always great. I sat at a table with visible trash on the floor that no one picked up. I watched tables not be... properly sanitized after meals. I watched place mats go on chairs and then to tables. Our wait at the hostess stand was toolong It wasn't that busy. The birthday celebrations, food, friendliness is amazing. Prices are too high for what you get. Glad Ihad discounts. I love this place. If the teams work as one to achieve TOTAL GUEST SATISFACTION, this place would get 5 stars.The environment is just as important as the service and guests are always watching. Read more

Best to order a whole pie if you want good pizza from here. The slices just don't cut it, unless they're super fresh.
