Hudson is my local go-to spot for breakfast from the moment it opened 11 years ago. A super friendly family-run spot, the girls... are quick to greet you with a smile. The menu offers delicious (and truly HOMEMADE) dishes for breakfast AND lunch, withsomething for almost everyone. For breakfast, I love their omelettes. They?re fluffy, fresh and perfectly filled. (My fave isthe Madelyn ????????) Hudson?s cold brew is super popular in-house and to-go.. definitely worth grabbing a bottle. And,whatever you do, do not forget to enjoy a homemade scone while you?re there; they?re the best you?ll find. (Bananachocolate-chip, blueberry lemon & vanilla bean are all incredible!) Weekends get very busy during breakfast - so get thereearly. It?s a small space, but there are several table options outside too. If you know Hudson, you love it! Read more

Really great breakfast. Home fried potatoes were so tasty. Not dry at all. Dishes were nicely presented. Great pico on my... egg white omelette. Very local vibe. The servers were very familiar with several patrons. Everything home made. Lots offresh baked items. Recommend. Read more

Great service and good food. Coffee was good as well. Not a lot of vegetarian and vegan options on the lunch menu. Food was... good, although I?d prefer less turkey and more avocado on the turkey avocado sandwich. We also loved the mac and cheese. Read more
I love breakfast! Love. And this place far exceeded all.my expectations. The menu is small but everything is done... perfectly. Try a scone too. They areade fresh daily and are amazing. My favorite is the vanilla bean scone. Their almondcold brew coffee is so tasty. Read more
The food and coffee here were very good. Our server was friendly. Hudson Cafe was helpful by stating on the menu that their... breakfast potatoes were not vegetarian. I asked the server if she could bring something else with my omelette instead. She saidI could have fruit and I said that was fine. When she brought the bill, there was an "upcharge" of $2.95 for fruit. I'm notlikely to come back to Hudson Cafe or recommend it either. Read more
