Jon Shook, who was one of Monoc's Legacy Paramedics from the mid 1980's, a friend since the mid1970's and Partner's from September 1, 2001 to December 2013. Kit and I were blessed to be able to enjoy wonderful conversationand delicious food for a couple hours at one of the most relaxing places in the area. Shirley Daniels Shook and Jon Shook havebeen good friends and with the turmoil of the past 2+ years with COVID, personal medical issues and busy schedules it has beenfar to long not visiting or talking. Went here with my Mom and my husband. The atmosphere was fantastic. Just enough people and not too loud. Our table was great. We... were very comfortable and probably would have stayed longer but it was late. We had a beautiful view of the marina. Our waitresswas perfect. She was very knowledgeable about the food and gave recommendations. I had the tuna appetizer with seaweed saladthat was to die for. Blackened scallops with crispy noodles on top, an arugula salad and coleslaw was my entree. They were thebest seasoned, seared scallops I've had in a long time.
