We waited for over 30 minutes for three drinks. Rude employees. We saw two people come in from drive through to complain. One... lady had to demand her money back after she had been waiting for 40 min. We asked for ours back and finally someone gave usdrinks. This is a very poorly managed McDonalds. Read more

If I could give no stars I would. Bathrooms were disgusting. No hand soap in the despinser. The toilet paper was on the floor... being a woman this is nasty. We really should have just walked out. The employees were in the back cooking so we had to order onthe kiosk. No problem there. However a couple behind us ordered similar meals and picked up our food instead of waiting. When Itold the Manager this she argued with me that I didn't order what was clearly on my ticket. There meal was less a French frie. I asked if I could have the French fry missing from our meal and she refused.Continued to argue that isn't what I ordered. Yet Idid. They refused to look at My ticket. Food for thought .. Good Ole customer service. What would have mattered to give me mymedium frys. It wasn't like I was asking for a whole meal. This was on Saturday September 10th at around 2:00Pm. The blonde girlwas trying to accommodate but the 2 black hair girls absolutely were not. Read more

This was a horrible experience!! Myself & several customers before me waited over 1 hour for our food. Customers were asking... about their orders. An employee said something was wrong with the system. After several customers began inquiring why peoplethat ordered way after us were getting their food before us, we were told orders got pushed off the screen due to the many otherorders. One lady offered her receipt & we did also. She asked the manager why didn't just they communicate the issue.... Theyjust moved on with everyone else's order leaving us standing there not knowing we weren't getting the food that we'd paid for.Many customers requested refunds. The employees had negative attitudes towards the concerned customers. One of the employees wasloudly arguing w/a male employee who she alleged was talking to her disrespectfully. She walk out the door but returned later &did apologize for her behavior. Read more

The place was horridly busy. Likely the reason everything was falling apart. I understand many places are short staffed and do... maintain patience but this was absurd. But There were 8 people zooming around the kitchen and drive thru windows so it seemedthe staff was sufficient. Little attention to front counters. First stop-womens restroom. Discovered that both the soapdispenser and hand sanitizer dispenser were not functional. Went out to line to ask an employee who went and peered through thedoor and told me they were operational (I believe she was seeing other women waving their hands furiously under it). So i triedagain anyways?nope?and again went out to ask employee about it. She stormed in and I inched away. Luckily found one functionalsantizer dispenser at the kiosks. Speaking of kiosks, those were the only way to place an order. But if you didn?t have the appor an arch card you had to go to the counter to pay. I waited for 10 min at the counter and finally flagged someone down to askif I was in the right place. Was told they were so busy I?d just have to stand there and wait. So I waited. And watchedemployees go in and out of womens room, shaking water off their hands and headed right back to food prep. Curious if they fixedthe soap. And I waited. And watched customer after customer get their food and then customer after customer return to thecounter because their order was incomplete or incorrect. So I left. We went through the line very quickly. They handed us our food and 1 of the 2 drinks at the second window and then asked us to... pull forward. We ate our entire meal with only 1 drink. I went in to find out what was going on and they told me that theywere out of tea and had to brew more. I politely asked for a soft drink instead and that's when they told me that the tea wasready. Even though it was "ready", I still had to wait another 2 minutes. Had they told us that there was no tea, we wouldhave asked for something else. COMMUNICATION FOLKS!!! I don't even know why I bother with these reviews. It's not likecorporate paid any attention here. They don't care about their customers. If they did, I would get an offer for lots of freestuff to take down my negative review. Read more

Conveniently located near wind Creek casino this McDonald's is sure to cure your your quarter pounder crave. Shamrock shakes are... now available. This appears to be in newer McDonald's and is tastefully done on the inside. the customer service was goodhowever the only reason I did not give five stars is because the bathroom facilities need to be cleaned of debris and also the porcelain stools. I know it's a dirty job but someone's got to do it.it was very apparent in the ladies room that they had notbeen done for a while because they were caked with dirt. That however will not stop me from going here because of food is great!PS if you're looking for a job in the atmore Alabama area they are now hiring. Read more

This place is revolting. The bathrooms are DISGUSTING and the employees are RUDE. One lady quit while we were in line and rang... up our order as a sweet tea. For four people?! You?re nuts! 39 mins of waiting for food that looks like this. Read more
