Service slow, food ok, but Atmore McDonald's is like a side show. Normally they are out of so many items every day.
We used the app for a code, was told we had to make an additional purchase to qualify, said "ok, we will place that order".... Mumbles through speaker.... Paid at the window and drove to second window to collect our food. Half of our order was missing(app food) When we told the employee she said you'll have to go through the line again ???? This was the worst McDonald'sexperience I've ever had, by far. Zero customer service. Read more
Slippery floors from rain almost fell when leaving inside and outside door ways, lobby fountain drink machine not working,... breakfast hash browns were cold more talk than work in the kitchen long wait for my staff filled drinks. Beware of floors in andout if wet. Serious injury can and will occur. Read more
Just got back from Atmore McDonald's. I bought a fish filet and the cheese was cut in half and the tartar sauce was not enough.... The fish smelled rotten. I just threw it away. The cashier complained to me about giving her the deal code in the window. Shetold me next time to give the code when placing the order so the order can be completed. I don't understand what she meant bythat. The cashier did not give me a receipt. I don't like this McDonald's. The only McDonald's in town and it's so frustratingto have bad service. The corporate office needs to be aware of what's happening and get rid of all the employees. Read more
The worst customer service I have had in a long time. Simple 2 item order 10 piece nugget and a large fry. Young worker repeated... it back to me and I pulled around. I got to the window she tried to give me a large sprite, I explained to her I ordered a largefry. She turned to what I assumed was the manager and she said oh no get the receipt. She came to the window and demanded thereceipt! I grab it and sure enough it said a large sprite not a large fry. I tried to hand her my card she refused it and toldme I ordered a large sprite and tried to hand it to me again. I told her some how there was a mistake and I would pay thedifference. She told me I was going to have to drive around back through the line because she did not have a register and walkedaway. I was calm until that point. The line was wrapped around the building. Another girl came to the window and tried to giveme the drink again. I refused it and explained again I did not order the drink. The manager came back and again told me to driveback around at that point I put in park and told her I was not driving around and tried to pay again. She walked away, sheeventually came back with a bag and handed it to me. Opened it up and it was a small fry! If you know me, it takes a lot to workme up but that lady was rude and has no business in a leadership roll. Sadly she will ruin everyone on her team! Read more
Already boycotted the Bay Minette location due to repeat quality and service issues. First time trying the Atmore location. Same... service and even worse food quality. Will not be back. Spicy chicken sandwich with globs of sauce all dumped on half thesandwich, not even edible. Fries were old and could tell they'd been sitting awhile. Read more
Wife wanted some icecream. Went thru the drive through and got a hot fudge Sunday and had to wait on our icecream cone. Had to... pull off and wait at the side door. Seemed the icecream machine was down. It was 9 pm. And the lobby isn't supposed to closeuntil 11 but it was closed also. When they finally brought the icecream cone it was upside down in a cup. No idea why and noapology. Read more
