They say open till 10 walked in 9:45 and they putting everything up. I said I thought your open till 10 she looks at me with a... attitude and says nope 10:45 . I don't understand why the owners don't do something About these lazy disrespectful employees. Iguess they don't realize we the public keep them in business. Great location, terrible subway! I've been eating subway for better than 3 decades and this is by far the worst subway... experience for me based on my last 5 or 6 trips over the last 4 or so months. (I tried to give them another chance a few times) I now drive an extra 15 mins into town to the other subway. Sloppy often made wrong sandwhiches. According to them a meltdoesn't come with 3x the cheese like the app says. Most bread is off the menu cause it's never made, same with the cookies. Terrible subway. After waiting 5 minutes to get to order. My husband and I wanted salads. The person behind the counter said they didn?t have... any bowls. Would have been nice if they had it posted no salads so we could have gone somewhere else without waiting. Read more
I live within a 4 mile radius of this store. No matter what time of the day we stop by this store they always have issues. Most... of the time they are OUT of bread. Also, store hours state from 6AM - 10PM. Stopped by at 6:40am one day this week and theyactually did have bread but they had no food ready to put on the bread. When my son and I walked up to the counter the younglady told me they weren't open yet. I said what time do you open? I checked on line and it says you open at 6AM. Then she toldme they were running behind. Stopped by this morning at 7:30AM and guess what? NO BREAD!!!!!!!! The food was ready to be put onthe bread but NO BREAD to put the food on. Read more
They claim to be open until 2200. (10pm). I got here at quarter til ten and they were already closed. So subway lost about a... ten buck sale and I got to go to bed hungry. I should have hit Arby's when I had the chance. And today I stood and waited atthe counter while the girls were busy in the back at around 2000 (8pm). This time one of them came out front, looked right atme, and went back in the back room without even asking if I wanted anything. Clearly these people don't want my money.. I'dlove to know how to contact their district manager but no one at the cstore side seems to have that information. Howconvenient. Read more
