My husband and I found this place on our vacation. Our server was super sweet, and the wings were really good. My husbsnd... enjoyed his food as well. As a treat, we were treated to individual brownie sundaes and OMG how delicious were they! It has been months since I have visited because the last experience was less than desired. Well, I decided to revisit to treat... my family. The burgers were flavorless, not good at all, fries were soggy, wings were flavorless and not cooked well enough.Grease was dripping from the food. My family was NIT impressed and my husband could not eat those wings. The food is wayoverpriced for the lack of quality and taste. But the ice cream was good. Took forever to take our order. My husband ordered a club sandwich w/ fries and I ordered a BLT. THEY CHARGED US BOTH $11.99!! I... asked if it was a mistake and the waitress said "no"! She said we don't have a key for a BLT so the kitchen guy said it would bethe same. I said it's not the same tho. It doesn't have ham, turkey, cheese, or French fries with it!!! Needless to say I paidthe bill, told everyone of them that would listen we would never be back. Sad thing is not one of them cared if we ever cameback or not. Read more
The food was good, the customer service was awesome... the staff was very friendly! The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was... because we walked in and were the only customers, yet every table in the restaurant was dirty from past guests. Read more
Food was good but either the staff was short or the cook was running late. There was only a handful of people dining (maybe busy... to them for a Tuesday) but what should have been a hour 1/2 dinner turned into 2 1/2. Like I said food was decent but wait timewas unreal that is why I give it 2 stars. Read more
The food and the service is excellent most times. Today we dined in and placed our order. After about an hour wait we still did... not have food. Went up front to get the food to go. After making my complaint about the wait I was told that they got backed upwith their to go orders (Door Dash ,etc). I told them they should tell dining room customers if and why there are delays, i.ecommunicate. I got the food in about 10 minutes and they did not charge me!!!! I insisted that I pay for it but they said theyhad closed the order out. In addition they gave us to go drinks and two free ice creams. We will be back Read more
The loaded buffalo chicken fries are my favorite. Hands down the best I've had anywhere around. Gotta have them a couple times a... month. Have always had a great experience at the grill and ice cream shop. Read more
