The food was good as always. Our waitress was good. However, the hostess was no where near friendly, in fact borderline rude.
We were on our way back from a long journey and we took a lunch break at the Chili's outlet at Atoka. All 9 of us were... ferociously hungry to gobble up our lunch. It had been a while since I last set foot in a Chilis. We were greeted with a smile quickly and were sat in a clean booth within... a couple of minutes. Our waitress was friendly and attentive and got our drinks out quickly. After ordering, our food arrivedpretty quickly. The orders were correct, the food was nicely presented and it was hot. The only thing I dislike is the checkoutprocess. You have to use the tablet at the table to pay. This, to me, is not a great way to end your time at a restaurant. I?drather thank the server for their time and attention to detail rather than interact with tech. Not a dig at chili?s but atrestaurants in general who have adopted this checkout method. Nice place to eat when passing through Atoka after a long vacation trip.
Ordered 72 dollars in take out tonight . Picked it up food was cold. It was absolutely inedible so spicy you couldn?t eat it.... Ordered shrimp and crab pasta pasta was dry no sauce , crab was nasty and shrimp were so spicy you couldn?t eat them. Sonschicken strips were dried out so bad and gristly. Won?t ever eat there again. Nice Chili's. Steady at lunch but not overwhelmingly busy. Very friendly hostess. Clean floor, clean tables, nice atmosphere.... Large menu selection. The waitress was very attentive but she never refilled my drink. However, some small attention to detailwould help. The salt shaker had so much moisture in it, it was clumpy. Therefore I got way too much salt on my house salad. Iordered off the lunch menu and I thought it took a little long to get my order; over 10 minutes. It was a small house salad andgrilled chicken sandwich with fries. The avacodo on my sandwich was very skimpy. The fries were good. All in all, I will return.There's just room for improvement. Really sad it started off by us not being seated for about 15 minutes as the entire restaurant staff walked by us probably 10... times and we're not busy at all.
