Completely understand that rules are rules, but a tired, old looking 43 yr old truck driver shouldn't be gleefully denied a vape... product. I 100%support checking id's when selling tobacco or alcohol, but legally anyone over the age of 40 doesn't need toprovide Id, but your store policy is your policy. More power to ya. Read more
Shower #2 has high pressure, is spacious for proper hadicap, no chair to sit, large enough to have three adults comfortable, and... has a shower wand (use extreme caution with wand pressure on jet setting). Staff said there "should" be a portable seatavailable upon request. Floor is not easily slippery and water temp is very hot. Enjoy your shower! FYI they do move trucks w/oparking tickets. Read more
Satisfied with the cleanliness of my shower. I'm not asking for perfection. I just need to be comfortable enough to shower and... get out. Walls in the shower, floor (under sink), bottom of toilet, and around the fan could a little cleaner. Floor in theshower, sink, and toilet seat areas were clean. The fan was also pretty clean compared other locations. Thank you for caringand doing a good job keeping them clean. Read more
It was on 7/15/2022 after midnight and I really needed to get new mud flaps for my truck since it was ripped. Russell from the... Pilot store was extremely helpful and welcoming to this location. He allowed me to use tools and did not even hesitate to helpeven if he was busy with other customers. Each store needs some like Russell . I do appreciate him and Pilot for supporting us,Pro drivers. Hello everyone out there ???? I wish you all well. I wish to share in my visit this travel center slash Moe Southwestern... Grill. A mini reflection of a full restaurant. This small location carries 3 employees on staff working hard but as a team indeed their efforts fell by the wayside meaning a poor representation of a wonderful experience if prepared correctly. Let mesee if the preparation area is kept clean and all the condiments are covered up with lids all can stay cool and semi-affectedfrom temperature for this where bacteria grows. A countertop after food has been prepared should be wiped off clean with thetowel with soap or disinfectant wipes all food is laid out onto a cover sheet which should shield the tortilla or bowl beingfilled with rice beans corn queso etc. Three employees one female two males all around about the same age in their twentiespretty happy but you can tell people by their body language I am not going to speak of race because we all have our shark comingwithin ourselves skin is just the cosmetics because underneath is the soul but all have different upbringings and all havedysfunction in families so let's get to the root of it. Huge shower rooms, very clean and sanitized! If this location had hair dryers, it would be the best hands down!
