Don't even think about sitting inside, they are still closed. Also, got a 20 piece meal but only received 16 nuggets????
Personnaly, I LOVE Mcdonalds and we have been going almost every week. However, recently the 3 times we have went. The food had... tasted off and we have found hair in our food multiple times. This is discusting! And the management of this place needsimprovement. Read more
Yeah good luck getting anything to eat from this place. Sat in line for 20 minutes for them to completely ignore one whole line,... and then had my food basically thrown in the box and completely messed up. Will never eat here again. Read more
Swarms of flies at the front counter, and fly droppings on video screens, and above the counter... Years worth. There was one... pest control device on the opposite side of the dining room and it was not working, or not turned on. This place needs cleanedup, or corrective attention from the health department. The things that go wrong with people's orders are not the workers fault they close down the lobby so you can't come in and they... work 5 people to death and not given them their worth and get the people that place their order mad at them it is sad our smalltown of munford tn allows this to happen to its community but this is the reality when money comes to a small town you don'tjust eat a burger you start eating away at your own people its sad Read more
Got the new crispy chicken sandwich and large fry...got a medium fry and stale overcooked chicken that tastes like it's been... sitting out for a day and rubbery; not impressed. I guess the only reason people go here is the fries.. Recommend Popeye'schicken sandwich. Read more
Update: The mocha machine has been repaired but now the coffee is just lukewarm. There are new self ordering kiosks that jammed... up the line this morning. The employee attitudes are just as bad only now the cashier is gone so it is better. Still the ownersof this franchise should take note that business would be better if the managers and employees are replaced with competentpeople who put customers ahead of themselves. Previous post: The mocha machine has been down for three weeks. The door alarmbattery has been dead just as long. The playground is filthy and to top it all off the drive thru order taker has her twochildren at work hiding them in the playground area. They tried to lock it off before we got inside but we are bringing ourgrandchildren to play. I tried to explain the issues to the manager but she just gave excuses. Today the playground is filthyeven though there are only a few kids here. The emergency exit is blocked with storing the wet floor signs. Read more
