Worst experience ever!!! Ordered pizza! Pizza 1 toppings wrong! Pizza 2 toppings wrong crust wrong! Manager proceeded to tell me... that the Pizza was what was ordered despite we can both read or I am assuming she could. Waited 40 mins with 4 family members inthe car. Finally after no attempts by the manager to do anything to fix my order. I had to ask her if she wanted me to contactmy financial institution or did she want to refund me. She voided my order and refunded my money. Left the place with 5 hungryfamily members and over an hour of our lives gone! Read more

Papa John's in Atoka, the workers half wear their mask. None of them wear gloves when preparing food. I seen one employee wipe... his hands on his pants and then touched the food with his bare hands. And then another employee pulled out the shelve where thetoppings are and pick something up behind it and never washed her hands. It is just straight up nasty. Employees with long hairand no hair nets. Touching the counters and then touching the food with their bare hands. I will not order from them ever again. Read more
I ordered over the phone to save time, it didn't. The call center lady told me that it would be 45-50 minutes. I was 32 minutes... away at the time of order. I arrived, paid and was very rudely told that order was at the bottom of the list and would be atleast 25 more minutes. I waited and came back inside and was told that it would be another 15 minutes. This is pathetic. Iworked for two different pizza chains and would have been fired for this type of thing. I guess I will have go with Marco's orJet's in the future. Read more
Never had a problem with papa John's in memphis. Atoka is really bad. Ordered pizza at 6:15. It's now 8:15, no pizza. Called... the store to inquire a.d was told it was still in the store. Didn't know when it would deliver. I've given my card info so Ireally didn't want to risk a credit refund. If you can't get a pizza out the door I doubt you could properly handle a refund. Pitiful. Order fro. The other pizza places in atoka. They care about their customers. Never again Read more
I was in there today getting pizza and they had gotten some really huge orders of pizza and a lot of people were really kind of... you know not happy but two people were working and I'm going to tell you I think that was a really awesome thing they did theyworked really hard and kept going we're able to get everybody's Pizza out and on their way so yeah I give him five stars Read more
