Terrible experience! After an hour waiting, I was told the order was on the way. Another 30 minutes later, I called and was told... the door dasher must've picked my order up and didn't bring it to me. THEN I was told that someone was on the way with it. FoodFINALLY gets here. Kids open the box and there's a freaking ROACH crawling around in the box!!! I immediately begin callingback, but didn't get an answer.10 calls later, ended up contacting management and got a complete refund but this was totallyunacceptable and an utterly disappointing experience!! I was overcharged on my pizza because they didn't have the order I had ordered the drink was what was missing the pizza was... great best I had in a long time and the service was awesome. Read more
My order was wrong and I took my Pizza back to the store but they would not replace it. Crazy. They need new manager.
I placed an order on line for delivery I included my address and added a 25 percent tip for the driver. After 1.5 hours I called... the store and was told My order was for pickup. I arrived at the store the employee told me that sometimes the app switchescustomers to curbside or carry out. My good was cold/wet and had almost no taste. my wife and i eat once a week at pizza hut. its our little treat thing. today i ordered a pan pizza and thin crust. i got hand... tossed and thin crust. i drive to far to go back and have it remade so we just ate the hand tossed. then they have beenovercooking the crust to point of burning. then i never know if they are going to dump all the topping in the middle instead ofspreading it out evenly. the atoka, tn store has become very frustrating lately. they use to be very good. I would like to say to the gentlemen who just rudely took my picture of myself and my dog that he is in fact a SERVICE DOG in... TRAINING !!! I find it very offensive what u just and if I find my picture on this review page or any other page I will presscharges u had no right to do what u did and another fact for u I asked upon my order if I could bring again he is in training!!!
