As I entered the restaurant, it was very clean. I was met by the manager Cheyenne who greeted us with a big smile and said... “welcome to Hardee’s!” I have not been there before so I asked her about the menu options. She described the differentoptions that I may like. Cheyenne told me that I wouldn’t be disappointed with their food. The counter service was excellent.I couldn’t ask for a more friendlier staff. We used the drive thru, even though this review page doesn't offer a drive thru option. I guess I'll pick take out. Anyway, the... mushroom Swiss burger hits like a mofo yall. If you like mushrooms, go get you some of that. They got this gravy sauce thatmelts into the Swiss cheese, and those thick burger patties they using got erbody beat, can I get a amen? I guess they are shortstaffed because their dining room has been closed a while now. Once we Paid at the drive thru window, it took about 4 or 5minutes to get our food. Which ain't bad considering there was only 3 folks in there working,that I could see. Anyway, the foodwas hot and the order was correct, the overworked and underpaid and underappreciated staff was friendly and polite. The man atthe window hands were very clean too because I always be checking people who handle my foods hands. Grocery sto, liquor sto,fast food sto, restaurant sto.... I be lookin.... mmmm hmmm... Considering me and my wife pulled up like 20 min before closing and we had a huge order.. I must say the quality of food and... service we received was honestly surprising. The manager on duty (didn't get her name) was honestly outstanding in taking ourorder and serving us. Will revisit just at a more reasonable time lol. Great job guys Read more
My wife and I just came through and ate at the Hardee's on Gilbert Ferry Rd. The food tasted great and was hot but in the last... few bites of my burger is where most of the lettuce was, and it was apparently not washed bc I got a mouth full of dirt. I wouldhave went back and complained in person but we have plans tonight and are on the way to them. I am very disappointed in myexperience at your restaurant, I couldn't finish my burger completely lost my appetite!!!! Read more
As you can see from my reviews I rarely give a fast food place 5 stars, but after stopping here for lunch today (Sept 6, 2018... about 2pm) I am must say it was a pleasant surprise. I ordered the #8 which is the 1/4 lb Thickburger with fries and drink. Iusually order the Frisco burger or the Thickburger, and they're usually just average, usually been sitting for a but and mushy,etc, but this burger today was freshly made, and I know because I saw it being made, and it was made just right, fresh tomatoes,onions and lettuce, and burger wasn't dry and bread wasn't soggy. Burger patty was hot and veggies were cold like they'resupposed to be. I'm not much of a french fry eater but I was hungry so I got a small fry. Again, they were fresh and pipinghot, and tasted great. I let the manager and other employees talk me into getting the Froot Loops donuts, and at first I waslike "I like froot loops but I dunno about them as donuts " but the other employees assured me I would love them, and man I'mglad I listened. I love these things! So the place was clean and well maintained, all of the condiments, napkins, straws andeverything were well stocked, coke had lots of fizz, etc. As far as customer service and professionalism, this place takes thecake. I have been to thousands of fast food restaurants and done reviews on hundreds, and I wish every fast food place had acrew like this. I was served by a female manager and an employee named Tara, these ladies were awesome. Helped me decide on mymeal choice and also suggested the donuts, and were very professional, courteous and friendly. As a matter of fact, everyemployer there on this shift was smiling, looked and acted professional. I am seriously impressed. Promote everyone here andmove them to all the surrounding Hardee's and let them show other crews how it's done! 5 stars! Read more
Everything was wrong, the order we received was missing half of the order. All the workers were talking instead of doing their... job.. so this place is a 0 star if possible. Also the chicken fingers were so hard they could break a window. Read more
